Our clinical expertise is world-class, led by Dr Frances Hughes, GM of Nursing and Clinical Strategy. Dr Frances is a Registered Nurse who has led global organisations, including The International Council of Nurses and worked for the World Health Organisation. Her vision for global excellence in aged care is inspiring, as is her passion to deliver it.


Under Dr Frances’ guidance, we provide industry-leading training and upskilling for all our staff. Our meaningful career pathways focus on supporting and encouraging you, whether you’d like to become a registered nurse or reach the highest level of clinical expertise, becoming a nurse practitioner.

One of my favourite things is working with our new residents - finding out their preferences and helping them if they have special diets. It’s really rewarding being involved in changing the impression of food in Care Centres. Working within the menu there’s still scope for creativity.
