Adjournment of Annual Meeting of Shareholders

On 30 July 2020 Oceania Healthcare Limited (OCA) released the Notice of Meeting (and Proxy Form) for its 2020 Annual Meeting to be held in person at 2.00pm Thursday 27 August 2020 (NZ time).

OCA now advises that due to COVID-19 restrictions preventing large gatherings of people from occurring in Auckland, it is no longer possible to proceed with the Annual Meeting on Thursday 27 August 2020 on an in person basis.

OCA believes it is therefore prudent to adjourn the Annual Meeting to 2.00pm on Thursday 24 September 2020 (NZ time) and provide shareholders with the option to join the Annual Meeting in person (if this is permissible under COVID-19 restrictions in place for Auckland at that time) or online.

A new Notice of Meeting (and Proxy Form) will be released on Wednesday 26 August 2020 containing the physical Annual Meeting venue details as well as information on how shareholders can participate fully in the Annual Meeting virtually. This will include information on how shareholders can ask questions and cast votes using computers or similar devices.
