Ohinemuri is conveniently located close to State Highway 1, making it easy for friends and family to pop by, or get you out and about.
With the town centre just a short walk away, you can enjoy having everything you need at your doorstep, and as Paeroa is known for its antiques and collectables, a regular trip to the shops is a must!
Ohinemuri boasts light, airy, one-bedroom villas that have been tastefully refurbished – each with open-plan living, a modern kitchen, a heat pump for year-round comfort, a bathroom with a convenient wet-floor shower and a car park. Each villa has its own garden area, as well as shared lawns, so you can make the most of the Coromandel sunshine.
Your room is your own private space, so you can decorate it with your favourite pictures and ornaments. Standard rooms are large enough for a single bed, a chair and a wardrobe or chest of drawers. The cost of a standard room is included in the Care Services Fee set by the DHB. Premium rooms have additional features such as more space, an ensuite bathroom or outdoor access, but you’ll need to pay an extra amount per day to cover the cost of these premium features.
