Conveniently located on Lincoln Road

Addington Gardens is conveniently located on Lincoln Road, making it easy for friends and family to visit, and with the cafes and restaurants of Addington Village on your doorstep, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to finding a place to catch up.

Barrington Mall is less than a five-minute drive, in case you need to grab the essentials, and for those interested in sports and entertainment, the Horncastle Arena, the Orangetheory Stadium (previously the AMI) and the Addington Raceway are also close by.

Types of homes

Care Suites

Care Suites provide both Rest Home and Hospital level care, which means you can relax knowing you won’t have the upheaval of moving again if your needs increase.

All Care Suites have a heat pump and full en-suite, as well as a kitchenette with a fridge and a kettle – perfect for making a cuppa when friends and family come to visit.

You own the right to occupy your Care Suite, so you can personalise it with your favourite furniture and treasured pieces. A DHB assessment is not required for care that is paid for privately.

Care Rooms

Your room is your own private space, so you can decorate it with your favourite pictures and ornaments. Standard rooms are large enough for a single bed, a chair and a wardrobe or chest of drawers. The cost of a standard room is included in the Care Services Fee set by the DHB. Premium rooms have additional features such as more space, an ensuite bathroom or outdoor access, but you’ll need to pay an extra amount per day to cover the cost of these premium features.
