Terms and Conditions

Offers available at Awatere, The Bayview and Waterford

1. The following offer is only available to prospective residents who have signed, or will sign, an application for select apartments at Awatere Village, The BayView or Waterford on or before 28 March 2025 but have yet to sign an occupation right agreement (“you”).
2. You must sign your occupation right agreement (“ORA”) and a side agreement confirming these terms, and move into your apartment on or before 31 March 2025 to receive the benefit of this offer.
3. This offer is non-transferable. Oceania has the right to vary or withdraw this offer at any point prior to you signing the ORA and side agreement.

Move Now, Pay Later

4. You may move into the apartment once you have signed your ORA and side agreement, and paid the initial deposit of $5,000.00, notwithstanding that you have not paid the occupation licence payment payable under your ORA (“Occupation Licence Payment”) in full and the 15 working day cooling off period has not expired.
5. No interest or default interest will be payable on the unpaid balance of your Occupation Licence Payment.
6. The side agreement will detail the timing for payment of your Occupation Licence Payment.
7. If you exercise your right to cancel the ORA within 15 working days after the date you signed the ORA then you must vacate the apartment within 10 working days after the date you gave notice of cancellation.
8. The day you move into the apartment will be the commencement date of your ORA.

$30k Cashback and Contribution to Legal Costs

9. If you pay your Occupation Licence Payment in full on or before the date that is six months after the Commencement Date of your ORA, Oceania will pay you a one-off payment of $30,000.00 (“Cashback”) and a one-off $2,000.00 contribution to your legal costs associated with entry into your ORA (“Contribution”).
10. The Cashback and Contribution will be paid to you by an adjustment of the amount you are required to pay to settle the Occupation Licence Payment in full.
11. If your ORA is cancelled or terminated within 12 months of the commencement date you will be required to repay the Cashback and Contribution. Oceania will be entitled to deduct any repayment of the Cashback and Contribution from any payment due to you following termination or cancellation of your ORA.

No Weekly Village Fees for 12 Months

12. Your Weekly Village Fees will be waived from the commencement date of your ORA until the earlier of:
    1. The date that is 12 months after the commencement date of your ORA; or
    2. Any earlier date that your ORA is cancelled or terminated.
