With the golf club to our south, and hills and bush on the east and west boundaries, there’s no shortage of peaceful places where you can sit and enjoy the great outdoors. And here on the Kapiti Coast, we’re lucky enough to be close to miles and miles of beautiful and easily-accessible beaches, which we often visit on our van trips.
Eldon is just a few minutes’ drive from central Paraparaumu, which has a number of cafes and restaurants perfect for catching up with family and friends.

Types of Homes
Care Suites provide both Rest Home and Hospital level care, which means you can relax knowing you won’t have the upheaval of moving again if your needs increase.
All Care Suites have a heat pump and full en-suite, as well as a kitchenette with a fridge and a kettle – perfect for making a cuppa when friends and family come to visit.
You own the right to occupy your Care Suite, so you can personalise it with your favourite furniture and treasured pieces. A DHB assessment is not required for care that is paid for privately.
Your room is your own private space, so you can decorate it with your favourite pictures and ornaments. Standard rooms are large enough for a single bed, a chair and a wardrobe or chest of drawers. The cost of a standard room is included in the Care Services Fee set by the DHB. Premium rooms have additional features such as more space, an ensuite bathroom or outdoor access, but you’ll need to pay an extra amount per day to cover the cost of these premium features.
